Area of Mutual Interest definition

Area of Mutual Interest or “AMI” shall mean an agreement between or among parties to a farm-out agreement or a joint operating agreement or other agreement by which the parties attempt to describe a geographical area within which they agree to share certain additional leases or other interests acquired by any of them in the future.

Area of Mutual Interest has the meaning set out in the Confidentiality Agreement.

Area of Mutual Interest. AMI" means the lands outlined on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

• During 2004, the Company entered into two agreements to acquire mineral tenements over properties that are within the Area of Mutual Interest to the Surigao properties.

• Under the terms of the MOA and the SOA and as confirmed in a Confirmation Agreement between the Company, Minimax and Panoro, the parties established an Area of Mutual Interest surrounding the Agata, Tapian and Mat-I properties.

• The Parties hereby establish an Area of Mutual Interest "AMI", same to be comprised of the area outlined on the attached Exhibit "A", and which shall cover AMI Interests located therein.

More Definitions of Area of Mutual Interest

Area of Mutual Interest means the area ** identified ** as Exhibit A.

Area of Mutual Interest shall have the meaning given to it in Section 16.1.

Area of Mutual Interest or “AMI” means the area outlined on Exhibit A, including, without limitation, the lands covered by the leases described in Exhibit A-1 and such other lands covered by leases or other interests that Redwood may obtain during the term of this Agreement within the AMI. If any lease or other interest acquired by Redwood lies partially within and partially outside of the AMI, the entire interest shall be considered as being situated within the AMI, and the AMI shall be revised to accord with any such change.

Area of Mutual Interest and “AMI” shall mean those certain areas outlined on the plats attached hereto as Exhibits “A-1,” “A-2,” “A-3,” “A-4” and “A-5.”

Area of Mutual Interest or “AMI” shall mean those certain areas outlined on the plats attached hereto as Exhibits X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0 and B-5.

Area of Mutual Interest or “AMI” means the areas depicted on Exhibit B.

Area of Mutual Interest means the area identified in Appendix 2.
