Area of Common Responsibility definition

Area of Common Responsibility means and refer to the Common Area, together with those areas, if any, that by the terms of this Declaration or by contract or agreement with any Neighborhood become the responsibility of the Association. The office of any property manager employed by or contracting with the Association, if located on the Properties, or any public rights-of-way within or adjacent to the Properties, may be part of the Area of Common Responsibility.
