Area of Activity definition

Area of Activity means the area of activity stated in the transmission licence within which the transmission licensee is authorised to establish, operate and maintain transmission lines;

Area of Activity means the area of activity stated in the Trading Licence within which the Trader is authorised to trade;

Area of Activity means the area specified in the Transmission license by the Commission in which the licensee is authorized to establish, operate and maintain transmission lines and transmission system.

Examples of Area of Activity in a sentence

• Municipalities, local governments, tribes and public agencies within the Area of Activity may become Parties to this Agreement with representation on the Executive Board described in this Section 5, upon satisfaction of the requirements of Section 20.

• Municipalities, local governments, tribes, and public agencies within the SSHA3P Area of Activity may, on execution of the Agreement and approval of the budget and work plan by its legislative body, become a Party to this Agreement on affirmative vote of at least fifty percent of the Executive Board.

• The Parties further intend that this Agreement serve as a framework for all participating municipalities within the broader SSHA3P Area of Activity to do the aforementioned work.

• Area of Activity – The area in Pierce County where SSHAPSSHA3P is expected to conduct its work, and where future expansion of SSHAPSSHA3P membership could occur, as further described in Exhibit A.

Area of Activity means trading in electricity in the State of Meghalaya.

Area of Activity in respect of this section “Area of Activity” shall be considered, in Israel: trust fund management including foreign fund Managers, portfolio management, investment management, nostro management, investment marketing / consulting, fund management even if they are not trust funds (such as hedge funds), underwriting, distribution, brokerage, insurance, pension management, pension consulting / marketing, and all whether it is performing operations, providing advice or accompaniment, all directly or indirectly.
