Area EPS definition

Area EPS means the Company EPS. This term is used in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1547-2003, “IEEE Standard for Interconnecting Distributed Resources with Electric Power Systems” (“IEEE Standard 1547-2003”).

Examples of Area EPS in a sentence

  • With mutual agreement, the Area EPS Operator and Customer may determine a point between the Point of Common Coupling and Point of DER Connection.

  • Interconnection Customer – The person or entity, including the Area EPS Operator, whom will be the owner of the DER that proposes to interconnect a DER(s) with the Area EPS Operator’s Distribution System.

  • Some examples of Area EPS Operator Interconnection Facilities include sole use facilities; such as, line extensions, controls, relays, switches, breakers, transformers and shall not include Distribution Upgrades or Network Upgrades.

  • The Area EPS Operator shall use Reasonable Efforts to notify the Interconnection Customer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Interconnection Customer’s operation of the Distributed Energy Resource.

  • The Area EPS Operator shall use Reasonable Efforts to provide the Interconnection Customer with prior notice.

  • If, after notice, the Interconnection Customer fails to remedy the adverse operating effect within a reasonable time, the Area EPS Operator may disconnect the Distributed Energy Resource.

  • Area B means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in yellow on attached map No. 1, and the built-up area of the hamlets listed in Appendix 6 to Annex I; and

Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and

  • EPS means earnings per share.

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Material Project EBITDA Adjustments means, with respect to each Material Project:

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;
