Area Director definition

Area Director means the Area Di- rector or his equivalent of any one of the Area Offices of the Bureau of In- dian Affairs or his authorized rep- resentative.

Area Director means the Director of an Indian Health Service Area des- ignated for purposes of administration of Indian Health Service programs.
