Area 4 definition

Area 4 means the area enclosed by a series of straight lines drawn sequentially from: Point 1 (51 degrees 32.046 minutes North, 0 degrees 48.454 minutes East) to
Area 4. All alder trees not marked with yellow paint and all Xxxxxxx-fir and hemlock trees greater than 7 inches DBH not needed to meet the residual stand specifications in the section titled, “Thinning Specifications.”
Area 4 means the real property owned by GRP more fully described in Exhibit “E”.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.
