ARCO Chemical definition

ARCO Chemical means Lyondell Chemical Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly named ARCO Chemical Company.
ARCO Chemical means the Delaware corporation (at the time named ARCO Chemical Company) acquired by the Borrower in 1998.
