Architectural Standards definition

Architectural Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibits D-1, D-2, and D-3, attached hereto.
Architectural Standards means and refer to Article VIII through Article X (inclusive) of these Rules and Regulations including any future additions or amendments.
Architectural Standards means those specifications for exterior design and appearance of the Buildings and the Units as prescribed by the Board from time to time;

More Definitions of Architectural Standards

Architectural Standards means the design criteria and building guidelines promulgated by the Board and supervised by the Architectural Review Committee (the “ARC”) as more particularly described in Article VIII of this Declaration.
Architectural Standards means and refer to any rule, regulation, ordinance, or law of the town governing the design, construction, and maintenance of any building or structure, or part thereof.
Architectural Standards means design and materials standards substantially similar to the design of the existing Improvements, and materials used to construct the existing Improvements, which shall be used by the Board in evaluating the architectural design and materials proposed for remodeling the Villas..‌

Architectural Standards means and refer to such design, construction and similar criteria that may be adopted by Declarant and thereafter the Board or its Architectural Committee, pursuant to the Article 12 entitled “Architectural And Design Control” herein.
Architectural Standards means the standards for structures or other ARC Projects as provided herein or as promulgated by Rule in Section 7.11.
Architectural Standards means and refer to the published criteria, guidelines and standards governing architectural and construction Improvements or modifications or alterations to existing architectural or construction Improvements upon any Lot or Living Unit within the Community, whether expressed in this Declaration or published elsewhere by the Board of Directors.
