Arbitration Body definition

Arbitration Body means the arbitration body referred to in Article 8.5 of the Subsidies Agreement;
Arbitration Body means the Dispute Settlement Arbitration Body formed under this law.
Arbitration Body shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19(B)(1) hereof.

Arbitration Body means JAMS/Endispute or, if it no longer exists or no longer handles commercial arbitration matters, the Center for Public Resources or, if it no longer exists or no longer handles commercial arbitration matters, the American Arbitration Association, or such other arbitration body as the Parties may agree.

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Arbitration organization means an association, agency, board, commission, or other entity that is neutral and initiates, sponsors, or administers an arbitration proceeding or is involved in the appointment of an arbitrator.

  • Tribunal means any government, any arbitration panel, any court or any governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality of the United States or any state, province, commonwealth, nation, territory, possession, county, parish, town, township, village or municipality, whether now or hereafter constituted or existing.

  • Arbiter has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c).

  • Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.

  • JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • dispute resolution proceeding ’ means any process in which an alternative means of dispute resolution is used to resolve an issue in controversy in which a neutral is appointed and specified parties participate;
