Arbitrage Certificate definition

Arbitrage Certificate means that certain Arbitrage Certificate, including arbitrage rebate covenants, of the Issuer, dated , 2022, relating to certain restrictions on arbitrage under the Code with respect to the Series 2022 Bonds.
Arbitrage Certificate means that certain Arbitrage Certificate of the Issuer, dated June , 2019, relating to certain restrictions on arbitrage under the Code.

Arbitrage Certificate means that certain Arbitrage Certificate, including arbitrage rebate covenants, of the Issuer, dated the date of the delivery of the Series 2023 Bonds, relating to certain restrictions on arbitrage under the Code with respect to the Series 2023 Bonds.
