Approved Third Party Contractors definition

Approved Third Party Contractors means (a) the Third Party contractors set forth on Schedule 1.16, and (b) any Subcontractor approved by the JRDC (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed by either Party’s representatives on the JRDC).
Approved Third Party Contractors means, with respect to a Party, (a) the Third Party contractors set forth on Schedule 1.22 (Approved Third Party Contractors) as of the Effective Date, as such Schedule may be updated from time to time by the applicable Committee(s), and (b) any Third Party contractor [***].

De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.
