Approved Territories definition

Approved Territories means the geographical areas described here . “Upgrades” means all updates, upgrades, bug fixes, error corrections, enhancements and other modifications to the Software. The terms of this Lab License (the “Terms”) apply to Your use of the Software and Documentation whether such has been provided by Blue Planet, an affiliate of Blue Planet, or by means an authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator. Approved Territories means Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Norway, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Approved Territories means the [***], and all territories and possessions of each of the foregoing.

  • Restricted Territories means: (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea / Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S, United Nations or elsewhere.
