Approved System definition

Approved System means those systems identified and maintained by the SDI Team in the Approved Systems list.
Approved System means a spray applied rigid polyurethane cellular plastic thermal insulation system which meets the CAN/ULC S705.01 National Standard (which includes any amendments thereto or any National Standard that replaces or succeeds this standard), there being supporting documentation (including without limitation any CCMC evaluation report and a copy of all test reports that support the evaluation).
Approved System means a vendor-provided career information and decision-making system which meets the requirements of rule 281—49.6(279).

  • Approved System Design: NYSERDA may review the design of the PV System, including if applicable, any energy storage system, considering issues including, but not limited to, system layout, orientation, shading, expected output, etc.

  • Promptly after the Working Drawings for any System Segment have been approved, PG&E and CUSTOMER shall agree upon a detailed schedule for completion of the construction of the Approved System Segment, which schedule shall be consistent with the assumptions underlying the applicable Working Drawings and PG&E electric clearance requirements.

  • Within ten (10) working days after the completion of the installation of the Cable and the Cable Accessories along an Approved System Segment or the Equipment Stations, CUSTOMER shall notify PG&E of such completion and provide to PG&E a summary of or a copy of the results of any testing with respect thereto performed by CUSTOMER or the Contractor.


More Definitions of Approved System

Approved System means the system or systems specified in Item A(3), which must be an Eligible System.

Approved System means the closed system copper wire and/or fiber optic cable and/or closed system IP/DSL network infrastructure (including ADSL/ADSL 2+/FTTH technologies) that shall at all times during the Term be (a) located solely within the Territory, (b) wholly owned and operated by Licensee or the relevant Approved Distribution Partner as the case may be and (c) authorized by Licensee to carry the Licensed Service, including (in each case, so long as each continue to meet the preceding requirements) all Approved Distribution Partners.
