Approved Subcontractors definition

Approved Subcontractors means those subcontractors specified in Attachment 1;

Approved Subcontractors means Subcontractors approved by Owner in writing specifically indicating that the entity is an Approved Subcontractor under this Agreement.

• Contractor agrees, and agrees to cause its employees, agents and Approved Subcontractors, to return to DIRECTV within ten (10) days after termination of this Agreement all materials (and all copies thereof) relating to DIRECTV, including, but not limited to, any and all price and specification catalogues, all administrative manuals, all sales literature, and any and all other such materials.

• Contractor agrees that it will require its employees, agents and Approved Subcontractors to sign an agreement that protects DIRECTV at least to the same degree as set forth in this Section before any activity in support of this Agreement is undertaken by such employee, agent or Approved Subcontractor.

More Definitions of Approved Subcontractors

Approved Subcontractors means the vendors, suppliers, consultants and contractors identified in Appendix C.

Approved Subcontractors means (i) any Affiliates of GW and/or other Third Parties subcontracted by GW prior to the date hereof to perform part of GW’s Processing obligations hereunder, as listed in the QA Agreement and (ii) any Affiliates of GW and/or other Third Parties contracted by GW after the date hereof, after prior discussion with NOVARTIS through the Alliance Managers, to perform part of its obligations hereunder.

Approved Subcontractors means the entities listed in Appendix E.

Approved Subcontractors means those subcontractors of Acxiom:

Approved Subcontractors means those subcontractors specified in each Fcab Discovery Plan and each mAb2 Development Plan or otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing. For clarity, F-star Ltd will be an Approved Subcontractor for Licensor.

Approved Subcontractors is defined in Clause 36.5.1.
