Approved Subcontractor definition

Approved Subcontractor has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a).

Approved Subcontractor means (i) any person so approved by IXC (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), (ii) the relevant equipment manufacturer or (iii) any authorized service agent of the relevant equipment manufacturer.

Approved Subcontractor means a subcontractor engaged by a Party that has been approved by the JSC to perform specific obligations of the subcontracting Party.

• Under Davis Bacon Wage Rates, all employees performing work on the site will either be carried on the payroll of the General Contractor or on the Payroll of an Approved Subcontractor.

More Definitions of Approved Subcontractor

Approved Subcontractor means a subcontractor to the Contractor approved by the Principal unless the Principal revokes its approval for that subcontractor under Section B clause 10.5 or the subcontractor has stopped supplying Services on behalf of the Contractor.

Approved Subcontractor means a third party to be engaged by the Commissioned Organisation for provision of sub-contracted Services that has been approved in writing by ACIAR, but does not include a Collaborating Institution.

Approved Subcontractor has the meaning given to it in the License Agreement;

Approved Subcontractor means any of (i) the existing sub-contractors used by GEFA or a GEFA Company in connection with the provision of services to GECC or a GECF Group Company at the Commencement Date; (ii) the persons, from time to time, listed on the General Electric Group’s list of approved subcontractors; or (iii) any other person who in the reasonable opinion of the parties meets the due diligence requirements set out in Schedule 13 of this agreement;

Approved Subcontractor means a Third Party contractor selected or designated by a Party in good faith to perform one or more of the activities described or contemplated by the Evaluation Program on behalf of such Party on a fee-for-service or similar basis, pursuant to a contract that (a) assigns to such Party ownership of intellectual property rights created in the course of such subcontractor’s service in a manner reasonably sufficient to enable such Party’s compliance with the intellectual property-related provisions of this Agreement and (b) requires that Confidential Information of either Party be kept confidential on terms substantially as protective as those of this Agreement.

Approved Subcontractor means a Company subcontractor that is identified on Exhibit H and provides manufacturing services for the Licensed Product(s).
