Approved Subconsignee Locations definition

Approved Subconsignee Locations means, collectively, the locations described in Schedule 1 attached hereto, as it may be amended by the parties from time to time, and each other location approved by the Metal Lender in writing from time to time, where Consigned Precious Metal may be located while in the possession of Approved Subconsignees.
Approved Subconsignee Locations appearing in Article 1 of the Precious Metals Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Approved Subconsignee Locations means, collectively, the locations described in Schedule 1 attached hereto, as it may be amended by the parties from time to time, and each other location approved by the Metal Consignor (or the Collateral Agent) in writing from time to time, where Consigned Metal may be located while in the possession of Approved Subconsignees.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Major medical equipment means medical equipment which is used for the provision of medical and other health services and which costs in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, except that such term does not include medical equipment acquired by or on behalf of a clinical laboratory to provide clinical laboratory services if the clinical laboratory is independent of a physician's office and a hospital and it has been determined under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act to meet the requirements of paragraphs (10) and (11) of Section 1861(s) of such Act. In determining whether medical equipment has a value in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, the value of studies, surveys, designs, plans, working drawings, specifications, and other activities essential to the acquisition of such equipment shall be included.

  • Group care facility means an agency, other than a foster-family home, which is maintained and operated for the care of a group of children on a 24 hour basis. RCW 74.15.020

  • Child care facility or “facility” means a child care center, a preschool, or a registered child development home.
