Approved Staff definition

Approved Staff means any person or organization listed in Annex D: “List of Approved Sub- contractors and Approved Staff” which is in a contractual relationship with the Contractor to provide a part of the Services.
Approved Staff means any person listed in Annex C: List of Approved Sub-Contractors and Approved Staf which is in a contractual relationship with the Contractor to provide a part of the Services.

Examples of Approved Staff in a sentence

  • The Contractor (or the Approved Sub-Contractors or Approved Staff) is not an employee of the Company, is not carrying out the regular business of the Company and is not subject to the same employment regulations as are applicable to employees of the Company.

  • In carrying out the Services, the Contractor may rely only on the services of the Approved Sub-Contractors and the Approved Staff.

  • The AsBo shall have an obligation to notify the Principal in writing of any changes to Approved Sub-Contractor or Approved Staff data specified in Annex D: List of approved Sub-Contractors and Staff occurring during the term of this Agreement and of the required information for any new Sub-Contractors or Staff member which it may subsequently engage toward provision of the Services.

  • The Contractor shall retain the complete responsibility for the proper performance of all of its obligations under this Agreement, and any act, failure to act, breach, or negligence on the part of any of its Approved Sub-Contractors or the Approved Staff shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to be the act, failure to act, breach or negligence of the Contractor itself.

  • The County Government must ensure that all the necessary documents including Approved Staff Establishments, Appraisal and Career Progression Guidelines and Schemes of Services are urgently put in place to facilitate objective, fair, timely and non-discriminatory promotion of County employees.

  • Review and evaluation of the replacement of Approved Sub-Contractors or Approved Staff shall be carried out, and the consent or refusal to give consent shall be rendered by the Principal in accordance with Article 62 of the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.

  • The AsBo shall retain the complete responsibility for the proper performance of all of its obligations under this Agreement, and any act, failure to act, breach, or negligence on the part of any of its Approved Sub-Contractors and Approved Staff shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to be the act, failure to act, breach or negligence of the AsBo.

  • The Contractor must replace any Approved Staff member involved in the performance of the Service if requested by the Company and supported by the reasons such as repeated careless performance of duties, incompetence or negligence, non-fulfilment of obligations or duties stipulated in the Agreement, as well as other reasons prescribed under the Agreement (including the Technical Specification).

  • TheContractorshall retain the complete responsibility for the proper performance of all of its obligations under this Agreement, and any act, failure to act, breach or negligence on the part ofany of its Approved Sub-Contractorsand Approved Staff shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to be the act, failure to act, breach or negligence of the Contractor.

  • The Principal shall not consent the replacement of an Approved Staff member in case when the replacement does not meet the requirements specified under the Procurement Procedure documentation or it does not have at least the same qualification and experienceas the Approved Staff member that has been evaluated when determining the most economically advantageous tender.

  • MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff officer, department chairperson, section chairperson, and committee chair.

  • Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Educational facility means a structure available for use as a dormitory or other housing facility, including housing facilities for students, a dining hall, student union, administration building, academic building, library, laboratory, research facility, classroom, athletic facility, health care facility, and maintenance, storage, or utility facility, and other structures or facilities related thereto or required or useful for the instruction of students or the conducting of research or the operation of an institution for higher education, including parking and other facilities or structures essential or convenient for the orderly conduct of the institution for higher education, and shall include lands and interests in lands and landscaping, site preparation, furniture, equipment, machinery, and other similar items necessary or convenient for the operation of a particular facility or structure in the manner for which its use is intended, and any improvements necessary to a particular facility to make the facility more energy efficient. Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • School-sponsored media means all student media that are:

  • Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Participating private hospital means a hospital that has a hospital purchaser provider agreement with Latrobe.

  • Management Board means the management board of the Company.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Participating Optometrist means an Optometrist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.
