Approved Shipbrokers definition

Approved Shipbrokers means, together, X. Xxxxxxxx and Company Ltd of London, England, Arrow Research Ltd. of London, England, Braemar Seascope of London, England, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Young of London, England, Maersk Brokers of London, England and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx of London, England and any other independent firm of shipbrokers nominated by the Borrowers and approved in writing by the Agent in its absolute discretion from time to time and “Approved Shipbroker” means any of them;
Approved Shipbrokers means X.X. Xxxxxx Shipbrokers A.S, Fearnleys, Xxxxxxxxx & Stemoco, Clarkson, Nordic Shipping and any other shipbroker(s) the Lenders may approve.
Approved Shipbrokers means, together, Arrow Research Ltd., X. Xxxxxxxx & Co. Ltd., SSY Valuation Services Ltd., XX Xxxxxx Shipbrokers A/S, Fearnleys A/S, Braemar Seascope Ltd. and Xxxxxxxxx & Stemoco A/S and includes their respective successors in title and “Approved Shipbroker” means each of them;

Examples of Approved Shipbrokers in a sentence

  • The Borrower undertakes to the Lender to provide the Lender and any such Approved Shipbrokers such information concerning the Vessel and its condition as such Approved Shipbrokers may reasonably require for the purpose of making any such valuation.

  • The Borrowers jointly and severally undertake with the Creditors to supply to the Agent and to any such Approved Shipbrokers such information concerning the relevant Mortgaged Ship and its condition as such Approved Shipbrokers may require for the purpose of making any such valuation.

  • In the event that the Borrower fails to appoint such Approved Shipbrokers within five (5) days after the Agent’s request to do so or if a broker appointed by the Borrower is not approved by the Agent and the Borrower fails to appoint an alternative broker who is approved by the Agent within such five (5) day period, the Borrower irrevocably authorises the Agent to appoint brokers in its discretion to conduct such valuations, with such brokers to be subsequently considered as Approved Shipbrokers.

  • The Borrowers jointly and severally undertake with each Creditor to supply to the Agent and to any such Approved Shipbrokers such information concerning each Mortgaged Ship and its condition as such Approved Shipbroker may require for the purpose of making any such valuation.

  • Each Approved Shipbroker appointed under this Agreement shall report directly to the Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) and shall be appointed by the Borrower not later than five (5) days after the Agent’s request for the Borrower to appoint such Approved Shipbrokers.


More Definitions of Approved Shipbrokers

Approved Shipbrokers means any firms of shipbrokers contained in the list set out in Schedule 6 (Approved List of Shipbrokers), as such list shall be updated or revised from time to time by the Agent in its discretion or any other firm of shipbrokers, at the Agent’s discretion and “Approved Shipbroker” means any one of them.
Approved Shipbrokers means Braemar Seascope Ltd, Clarksons, Fearnleys AS or any other independent firm or firms of shipbrokers appointed by the Bank and “Approved Shipbroker” means any of them;
Approved Shipbrokers means each independent, reputable and first class firm of ship brokers acceptable to the Agent in consultation with the Borrowers.
Approved Shipbrokers means, Golden Destiny, Fearnleys A/S, Cxxxxxxxx Platou Hellas Ltd., Intermodal Shipbrokers Co. and Allied Shipbroking Inc. and any other first class independent firm of internationally known shipbrokers proposed by the Borrower and acceptable to the Lender, and “Approved Shipbroker” means any of them;

Ltd. of London, Arrow Sale & Purchase (UK) Limited of London, Braemar Seascope Ltd, of London, Fearnleys NS of Oslo, XX Xxxxxx Shipbrokers of Oslo, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx of London and Maersk Brokers K/S of Copenhagen and includes their respective successors in title and "Approved Shipbroker" means any of them;
Approved Shipbrokers means any first class independent firm of internationally known shipbrokers, appointed by the Lender at its discretion and “Approved Shipbroker” means any of them;
Approved Shipbrokers means Pareto Offshore AS, XX Xxxxxx ASA, Fearnley Offshore AS, IHS Petrodata, Clarkson, Nor-Ocean Offshore AS or such other reputable and independent brokers as approved by the Bond Trustee.
