Approved Service Providers definition

Approved Service Providers means the relevant Public Agencies and third parties approved by us to use Selangkah and as a means of electronic identification, authentication or authorisation for their online or offline services (each a "Specific Service").
Approved Service Providers means all firms (including persons, partnerships or trusts) who are currently appointed to a particular OEM’s distribution network. This includes, but is not limited to, motor vehicle body repairers such as spray painters or panel beaters; mechanical repairers or firms that effect maintenance services on motor vehicles; distributors of spare parts for motor vehicles; and fitment centres. Approved service providers excludes Dealers, as defined herein.
Approved Service Providers means the relevant Public Agencies and third parties approved by us to use LifeSG as a means of electronic identification, authentication or authorisation for their online services (each a “Specific Online Service”).

More Definitions of Approved Service Providers

Approved Service Providers means legal counsel, accountants and other third-party service providers to the Partnership, selected and engaged by the General Partner with the prior approval in writing (which may be given via email confirmation) of the Searchlight Limited Partner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Related to Approved Service Providers

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.
