Approved Retailers definition

Approved Retailers means retailers approved under Section 8 to purchase Products from Licensee.
Approved Retailers shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 7.4 hereof.
Approved Retailers means the Major Retailer(s), 50% of the fast casual eateries on the Paseo (the fast casual eateries shall be not less than 25,000 sq. ft. of gross leasable area), and one (1) sit-down table service restaurant. The type of retailer shall be comparable to other first rate, commercial retail centers such as Anaheim Plaza, Xxxxxx Landing, and/or Long Beach Town Center. The identity of Approved Retailers shall be approved by the Director acting in his/her reasonable discretion consistent with the immediately preceding sentence.

More Definitions of Approved Retailers

Approved Retailers means those better department stores and better specialty stores in the New Territory that have been Approved by Company and whose location, merchandising and overall operations are consistent with the high quality of Company Products, the reputation, image and prestige of the Company, the Company Marks, and Company owned, franchised or licensed retail stores. Approved Retailers shall not include any online retailer or e-commerce site unless specifically Approved by Company.
Approved Retailers means retailers approved under Section 8 to purchase Products from Licensee, as designated on a Schedule, including First Quality Approved Retailers, Second Quality Approved Retailers (including any MFO Retailers).
Approved Retailers means those retailers listed on Schedule 5, as amended from time to time as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who sells, offers for sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for sale, exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • Commercial project means any project, including, but not

  • Participating Product means any of the Breville products listed in the table below by model name and number that are supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store: Any costs, fees, expenses or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, delivery or any other cost that is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the above table.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and
