Approved Providers definition

Approved Providers means providers of insurance rated not less than A/X by A.M. Best Company Inc., or otherwise approved by Administrative Agent.
Approved Providers means those individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, organizations, organized health care systems, educational institutions, or governmental agencies offering continuing education as approved by the Board.

More Definitions of Approved Providers

Approved Providers means those state-supported health providers, radiology facilities, and cytological laboratories that are recognized by the department as meeting the minimum program policies and procedures adopted by the department to qualify under the federal national breast and cervical cancer early detection program, and are designated as eligible for funding by the department.
