The Management Committee may at any time and from time to time of its own volition or on the recommendation of the Operator alter an Approved Program and Budget, at a meeting of the Management Committee or pursuant to Section 8.9, and from the date of the alteration, the authority of the Operator under Section 9.5 will, subject to Sections 6.20 and 9.5, be varied accordingly.
Where the Operator is not a Participant, the Operator’s costs and expenses documented and reasonably incurred in connection with the Management Committee will be Joint Venture Expenditure, whether or not included in an Approved Program and Budget.
Each Approved Program and Budget, regardless of length of time, shall be reviewed at least once a year at a regular meeting of the Management Committee.
