Approved Products List definition

Approved Products List means the document, latest edition, published by Fairfax Water that lists by category, manufacturers’ products approved for use in the Fairfax Water system available at: www.fairfaxwater.org/developers-engineers, latest edition.
Approved Products List means the list of Products prepared from time to time by FSPartners detailing the Products approved by FSPartners for distribution to clients and prospective clients. This list also includes Product approvals provided on a one off basis through application to the nominated officer as advised by FSPartners, and electronic notes (E-notes) distributed to Representatives from time to time;
Approved Products List means the list of preferred products and materials approved by the City as amended from time to time by City staff. The list will be posted on the City of Abbotsford website;

More Definitions of Approved Products List

Approved Products List means the list of items approved by Franchisor for sale in the MITS Business and which Franchisee is required to offer for sale in the Business. Franchisor will update the Approved Products List from time to time and provide Franchisee with the updated list. The Approved Products List shall and any updates thereto shall be deemed to be part of the Manual for all purposes.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:
