Approved Processor definition

Approved Processor means a processor at which Inventory in an amount in excess of $100,000 is located and has entered into a Landlord Lien Waiver and Access Agreement.
Approved Processor means the operator of an Approved Processing Site.

  • Seller acknowledges and agrees that the Approved Processor may provide Purchaser with Seller’s credit card, debit card and other payment card and instrument processing history, including without limitation Seller’s chargeback experience and any communications about Seller received by Approved Processor from a card processing system, as well as any other information Purchaser deems pertinent.

  • Further, Seller hereby irrevocably authorizes Purchaser to obtain information regarding its other bank account(s) from Approved Processor and/or from the sales agent, and to debit such bank account(s) in the event that Purchaser is unable to debit the Specified Percentage from Seller’s credit card processing account.

  • After this Agreement has been signed by Seller but prior to Purchaser’s acceptance, the parties shall conduct a processing trial of four or fewer business days in order to ensure that the Seller’s credit card transactions are being correctly processed through Approved Processor and that Purchaser timely receives the Daily Batch Amount in a satisfactory manner and format.

  • Licensed Process means a method, procedure, process, or other subject matter whose practice or use is Covered By any claim or claims included within the Patent Rights or uses Technology Rights.

  • Dosimetry processor means an individual or an organization that processes and evaluates individual monitoring devices in order to determine the radiation dose delivered to the monitoring devices.

  • Related Products means (i) with respect to Resource Adequacy Benefits that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are in excess of those Resource Adequacy Benefits used by Seller or by a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the Resource Adequacy Benefits are to be used, resource adequacy obligation under any Resource Adequacy Ruling, and (ii) any Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes and all other attributes associated with the electric energy or capacity of the Generating Facility (but not including any Financial Incentives) that are in excess of those Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes or other attributes used, or retained for future use, by Seller or a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the relevant attribute(s) are to be used or retained, obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Licensed Processes means processes which, in the course of being practiced, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;
