Approved Organic Materials Processing Facility means the Hitachi Zosen lnova (HZI) Kompogas Facility located at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xx Xx, Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, XX 00000, and Xxxxx & Gray Inc. Regional Compost Facility, located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, which have been selected by the Franchisee and approved by the City.
Approved Organic Materials Processing Facility means the Xxxxx Island Resource Recovery Park at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Road, Milpitas CA, which is owned by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Industries of California, which may be used for Processing of Food Scraps and other Organic Materials.
Approved Organic Materials Processing Facility means the West County Resource Recovery Facility 147 Composting Facility located at the foot of Xxxx Boulevard, Richmond, CA, which is owned and operated 148 by West County Resource Recovery, Inc. (an Approved Affiliate), and approved by the CCCSWA for 149 Processing of Green Materials and Home Food Scraps.
