All inspection times and intervals shall comply with the Contractor's FAA Approved Maintenance Program.
Customer will be responsible for any wrongful or unlawful acts or omissions of its Users with respect to the Software, and shall have sole responsibility for notifying its Users of the terms, conditions, and restrictions contained in this Agreement and for securing their agreement to be bound by the same.
Aircraft Documents shall also include all logs, certificates and data, and inspection, modification and overhaul records, relating to the Aircraft and required to be maintained by the Air Authority and/or by the Approved Maintenance Program.
As at the time the aircraft objects in Schedule 2 are returned to the Applicants, the aircraft objects must have all due maintenance completed in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program (as defined in the GTA) and must be in as serviceable a condition and good repair as when delivered to the First Respondent, fair wear and tear excepted in a manner consistent with cl 18.3 of the GTA.
All damage to the Aircraft shall be documented and any repair to the Aircraft shall be documented and accomplished pursuant to the applicable manufacturer's structural repair manual instructions and (where applicable) the Approved Maintenance Program.
