Approved Maintenance Program definition

Approved Maintenance Program means for each Operating Year, the Maintenance Program as approved by Owner pursuant to Article VII, as modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Approved Maintenance Program has the meaning set forth in Section 7(c)(i) of the Lease.

Approved Maintenance Program means the Maintenance Program in effect on the Delivery Date with respect to the Aircraft or such other Maintenance Program as Lessor shall from time to time approve in writing, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Maintenance Program means a maintenance program certified ---------------------------- by the Lessee to the Lessor as applicable to the Airframe, the Engines, any other engines installed on the Airframe from time to time or any components or Parts and approved by the appropriate aeronautical authorities of the Republic of Finland or of the Applicable Jurisdiction from time to time.

Approved Maintenance Program means the maintenance program of Sun Country Airlines, or another maintenance program applicable to the Aircraft meeting the respective Airframe, Engine, and Appliance manufacturer's recommendations, encompassing scheduled maintenance, condition monitored maintenance, and on-condition maintenance of Airframe, Engines and Appliances, including, but not limited to, servicing, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, structural inspections, systems checks, approved modifications, service bulletins, engineering orders, Airworthiness Directives, corrosion control inspections and treatments, and which meets the Aviation Law requirements for commercial airline passenger operations and is approved by the appropriate Aviation Authority officer having responsibility for Lessee's operations and maintenance of the Aircraft.

Approved Maintenance Program means the Lessee's Aviation Authority approved written block maintenance, inspection and repair program and schedule for Airframe Manufacturer 737-300 aircraft, designed in accordance with Airframe Manufacturer's maintenance planning document and in accordance with Engine Manufacturer's and Parts manufacturers' respective maintenance manuals, including Lessee's current approved maintenance schedule and the CPCP, as such maintenance, inspection and repair program is approved by Lessor pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Lease Agreement and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Lease Agreement, or such other written maintenance, inspection and repair program, if any, as Lessor and Lessee shall agree in writing (if required by this Lease Agreement or any other Operative Document), in either case, as in effect from time to time. In all cases, such Approved Maintenance Program shall be consistent with the latest revision of Airframe Manufacturer's Maintenance Planning Document and the CPCP.

Approved Maintenance Program means the Aircraft maintenance program approved by the Air Authority.

Approved Maintenance Program means Lessee's maintenance, inspection, repair and corrosion prevention program for Bombardier DHC-8-402 aircraft, which shall (a) be approved by the Aviation Authority and (b) be consistent with and cross-referenced to the latest revision of the Maintenance Planning Document and to the Engine Manufacturer's engine maintenance management plans, maintenance and repair manuals and recommendations. Any amendment to the Approved Maintenance Program shall be made in accordance with Clause 14.1(b). - -

Approved Maintenance Program means Lessee's Aviation Authority-approved written maintenance, inspection and repair program and schedule for Boeing Model 737-200 aircraft, including Lessee's current approved maintenance schedule, and the CPCP approved by the Aviation Authority.
