Approved Locations means, collectively (a) the Approved Domestic Locations, (b) the Approved Foreign Locations, (c) the locations of the Approved Refiners/Fabricators, and (d) the Approved Subconsignee Locations.
Approved Locations means locations for franchised vending machines to be approved by a representative of the City Council at the Lagoon Pass public parking lot on the north side of West Beach Boulevard, at the Central West Beach Pavilion in Gulf Place, at the Bathhouse/Public Restrooms in Gulf Place, at the West 0xx Xxxxxx Public Access Bathhouse, at the East Beach Pavilion in Gulf Place, and at such other locations as may be approved by resolutions of the City Council hereinafter adopted.

At the expiration or termination of the term of the franchise rights granted hereunder, the City shall have the right to require Franchisee, at Franchisee's sole expense, to remove all of Franchisee's Franchised Vending Machines from the Approved Locations in a manner satisfactory to the City.

Approved Locations means (a) the Consignee’s premises, (b) the other locations set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as such Exhibit may be updated or amended from time to time, and (c) the other locations set forth in the Consignee’s request for a Consignment and the related Confirmation.
