Approved Leave of Absence for Union Business definition

Approved Leave of Absence for Union Business means a period approved by the Board during which the Member receives remuneration from a union, but does not participate in a pension plan for union employees.

  • Service-disabled veteran-owned business means a service-disabled veteran-owned business located in the State of Tennessee that satisfies the criteria in Tenn. Code. Ann. § 12-3-1102(8).
