Approved Freight Handler definition

Approved Freight Handler means any Freight Handler that has delivered a Lien Acknowledgement Agreement in favor of the Administrative Agent, so long as such Lien Acknowledgement remains in full force and effect and the Administrative Agent has not received any notice of termination with respect thereto.
