Approved development project definition

Approved development project means a project that has received final discretionary action by the City and which is in compliance with all environmental requirements prior to issuance of a building permit.
Approved development project means the Expansion Project and any other development project or other material capital expenditure initiative that has been approved by the Board pursuant to Article 6.
Approved development project means a project of development work relating to services other than the security of supply and emergency management services and for which the Authority has approved a project scope and budget.
