Approved Design definition

Approved Design means an Aircraft type design [and] a Major Aircraft Appliance type design approved by means of a Type Certificate, Supplemental Type Certificate or letter of certification, including a letter of approval for change in the Aircraft type design or Major Aircraft Appliance type design, and includes an Aircraft Replacement Part design under a Production Certificate for Aircraft Replacement Parts and a TSO Article design under a Production Certificate for TSO Articles;

Approved Design means the design referred to and described in regulation 11(2);

Approved Design has the meaning set forth in paragraph (c) of Section 4.1 (Proposed Design).

Examples of Approved Design in a sentence

• Approved Design Exceptions required as part of an approved ATC submittal will result in the issuance of an addendum to the RFP notifying all Shortlisted Design-Build Firms of the approved Design Exception(s).

• Changes to the Approved Design – The Department shall approve all proposed changes to the approved design and/or material specifications prior to construction.

• Approved Design Exceptions or Design Variations required as part of an approved ATC submittal will result in the issuance of an addendum to the RFP notifying all Shortlisted Design-Build Firms of the approved Design Exception(s) or Design Variation(s).

More Definitions of Approved Design

Approved Design means a design for the Contestable Works which has been submitted by the ICP to the Company and approved by the Company;

Approved Design means a design which has achieved Design Approval;

Approved Design has the meaning set forth in paragraph (c) of Section 4.1 (Proposed Design). “Balance” has the meaning set forth in paragraph (b) of Section 17.2 (Tracking Account).
