Approved Courses definition

Approved Courses means those Substantive Legal Courses and those Non Legal Subject Matter Courses (as defined below) which are approved under the Commission's Accreditation Policies in the Guidelines to this Rule.
Approved Courses means those Substantive Continuing Judicial and Legal Education Courses and those Non Legal Subject Matter Courses which are approved under the Commission’s Accreditation Policies in the Guidelines to this Rule. Any course approved for continuing legal education credit under the Commission’s Accreditation Policies is also approved for continuing judicial education credit.
Approved Courses. ’ means courses that have a significant aspect of soil science as their main topic of instruction. Examples include soil taxonomy, soil classification, soil interpretation, soil physics, soil chemistry, soil genesis, soil morphology, soil mineralogy, soil biology, soil fertility and wetlands soils. Special projects, seminars, and other courses will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the council.

  • The course must be listed in the Approved Courses for the Secondary Schools of Mississippi for the current school year by the Mississippi Department of Education.

  • Course titles and identification numbers must appear in the current edition of the Approved Courses for Secondary Schools of Mississippi.

  • Certification in CPR including level, course taken, and proof must comply with the College of Midwives of Ontario Continuing Competencies Requirements and Approved Courses.

  • For those institutions that are also required to report data to TWC (by program on Form PS-072C), programs may be identified more specifically by the unique TWC Course of Instruction ID from each institution's List of Approved Courses of Instruction (which can be obtained from the THECB or TWC), and also include codes for each student's beginning (First Term Status) and ending (Last Term Status) status for the reporting period.

  • For those institutions that are also required to report enrollment data to the Texas Workforce Commission (by program on Form PS-072C), programs may be identified more specifically by entering the unique 5-digit TWC Course of Instruction ID number (including leading zeros) from each institution's List of Approved Courses of Instruction (which can be obtained from the THECB or TWC).

Related to Approved Courses

  • Approved course means a course that has been approved by the department for the training of lead professionals.

  • Specified Courts is defined in Section 6.9.

  • Approved Counterparty means (a) any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender and (b) any other Person whose long term senior unsecured debt rating is A-/A3 by S&P or Xxxxx’x (or their equivalent) or higher.

  • Core Course means a course that a student admitted to a particular programme must successfully complete to receive the degree and which cannot be substituted by any other course

  • Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.

  • Clerk of court means the official circuit court record- keeper for the case in question, which may be the clerk of circuit court, juvenile clerk, or register in probate for that county.

  • Legal Action means and includes any claim, counterclaim, demand, action, suit, counterclaim, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation before any

  • third party proceeding means any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, or investigative, other than an action by or in the right of the corporation.

  • Criminal proceeding means a proceeding instituted by means of the swearing of an information, the laying of a charge or the return of an indictment, before a Court of competent jurisdiction in Canada with jurisdiction to hear and determine the charges referred to therein, alleging or charging that the "Insured" has contravened the provisions of any Provincial or Federal statute, including the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985 ch. C-46 as amended, which creates an offence or crime and which provides for conviction thereunder, whether by way of summary conviction or indictment, and as a result of which the "Insured" is liable to be convicted, fined or sentenced to some form of imprisonment or other punishment.

  • Ordinary Course Professionals Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on November 4, 2005 authorizing the retention of professionals utilized by the Debtors in the ordinary course of business.

  • Environmental Proceedings means any judicial or administrative proceedings arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement.

  • Hedging Transactions means any transactions or assets the Issuer or any of its affiliates (in the meaning of § 1 paragraph 7 German Banking Act (KWG), § 290 paragraph 2 German Commercial Law (HGB)) may have entered into or purchased in order to hedge the risk of entering into and performing its obligations with respect to the Certificates.

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • Hedging Transaction of any Person shall mean (a) any transaction (including an agreement with respect to any such transaction) now existing or hereafter entered into by such Person that is a rate swap transaction, swap option, basis swap, forward rate transaction, commodity swap, commodity option, equity or equity index swap or option, bond option, interest rate option, foreign exchange transaction, cap transaction, floor transaction, collar transaction, currency swap transaction, cross-currency rate swap transaction, currency option, spot transaction, credit protection transaction, credit swap, credit default swap, credit default option, total return swap, credit spread transaction, repurchase transaction, reverse repurchase transaction, buy/sell-back transaction, securities lending transaction, or any other similar transaction (including any option with respect to any of these transactions) or any combination thereof, whether or not any such transaction is governed by or subject to any master agreement and (b) any and all transactions of any kind, and the related confirmations, which are subject to the terms and conditions of, or governed by, any form of master agreement published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., any International Foreign Exchange Master Agreement, or any other master agreement (any such master agreement, together with any related schedules, a “Master Agreement”), including any such obligations or liabilities under any Master Agreement.

  • Approved costs means the eligible costs or expenditures2 as approved by the Provider, and as defined in the Agreement or Decision on Grant Funding to carry out the Grant Project.

  • fishing related activities means any operation in support of, or in preparation for, fishing, including the landing, packaging, processing, transshipping or transporting of fish that have not been previously landed at a port, as well as the provisioning of personnel, fuel, gear and other supplies at sea;

  • Approved company means a company approved by the Minister under clause 17A(1)”;

  • Material Project Documents means the Borrower LLC Agreement, the Holdings LLC Agreement, the Construction Contract, the Power Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Lease, the Water Contract and to the extent material to the Project, any other individual Real Property Document, and each Additional Project Document that is reasonably deemed material to the Project by Lender (in consultation with the Independent Engineer).

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Good Faith Contest means the contest of an item if: (1) the item is diligently contested in good faith, and, if appropriate, by proceedings timely instituted; (2) adequate reserves are established with respect to the contested item; (3) during the period of such contest, the enforcement of any contested item is effectively stayed; and (4) the failure to pay or comply with the contested item during the period of the contest is not likely to result in a Material Adverse Change.

  • Related Party Contract means any Contract between or among one or more of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any Related Party of the Company or any Company Subsidiary, on the other hand.
