Approved code definition

Approved code means a code, including the standards and specifications contained in the code, approved by the division under Section 15A-1-204 for use by a compliance agency.
Approved code means a code approved for the time being under section 121 of the Act;
Approved code means a code of practice approved, for the time being, by an order under section 7; and includes any part or modification of a code of practice so approved;
