Approval Motion definition

Approval Motion means the motion brought by the Plaintiffs in the Court for the Approval Order approving the Settlement, appointing the Administrator and the Referee, and the motion brought by Class Counsel for approval of Class Counsel Fees.

Approval Motion has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.1.
