Approval Disclosure Statement definition

Approval Disclosure Statement means the closed-end disclosure statement provided to the Applicant at the time the Loan is approved as required by the federal Truth-in-Lending Act, or as otherwise required by law.
Approval Disclosure Statement means the closed-end consumer credit disclosure statement as required by the federal Truth-in-Lending Act that is provided to me at the time that my Loan is approved.
Approval Disclosure Statement means the statement provided to Borrower, which discloses, among other things, information specific to the applicable Loan approved by the Lender, as required by Regulation Z, and which is included on or with notice that the Lender has approved my Application/Promissory Note.   • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.
