Approval Committee definition

Approval Committee means an Approval Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 13;
Approval Committee means a duly constituted and empowered committee of the board of directors of Mediaco dedicated to the responsibility of approving the matters set forth in this Section 5 and comprised of one individual who shall initially be Xxxxx Xxxxxx.
