Appropriate Price definition

Appropriate Price means, in the case of paragraph (a) above, the higher of the average share prices determined from (i) or (ii) below and, in the case of paragraph (b) above, the lower of the average share prices determined from (i) or (ii) below;

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Set Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(i).

  • Applicable Fraction means Applicable Fraction as defined in Section 42(c)(1)(B) of the IRC.

  • Prepayment Price Has the meaning specified in Section 6.02(b) of the Indenture.
