Appropriate licensing agency definition

Appropriate licensing agency means a public or private entity that is responsible for licensing, certifying, or registering persons who are engaged in a particular vocation.
Appropriate licensing agency means the agency that issued the license to the individual or health care provider who is the subject of a report under this act.
