Appraised Value definition

Appraised Value. The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.
Appraised Value. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property shall be: (i) with respect to a Mortgage Loan other than a Refinancing Mortgage Loan, the lesser of (a) the value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of the origination of such Mortgage Loan and (b) the sales price of the Mortgaged Property at the time of the origination of such Mortgage Loan; and (ii) with respect to a Refinancing Mortgage Loan, the value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of the origination of such Refinancing Mortgage Loan.
Appraised Value. With respect to any Mortgaged Property, either (i) the lesser of (a) the appraised value determined in an appraisal obtained by the originator at origination of such Mortgage Loan and (b) the sales price for such property, except that, in the case of Mortgage Loans the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property is the appraised value thereof determined in an appraisal obtained at the time of refinancing, or (ii) the appraised value determined in an appraisal made at the request of a Mortgagor subsequent to origination in order to eliminate the Mortgagor's obligation to keep a Primary Insurance Policy in force.

More Definitions of Appraised Value

Appraised Value. With respect to any Mortgage Loan originated in connection with a refinancing, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of such refinancing or, with respect to any other Mortgage Loan, the lesser of (x) the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made by a fee appraiser at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, and (y) the sales price of the Mortgaged Property at the time of such origination.
Appraised Value. The appraised value of any Property based upon the appraisal or other valuation made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or, in the case of a Mortgage Loan which is a purchase money mortgage, the sales price of the Property at such time of origination, if such sales price is less than such appraised value.
Appraised Value. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property shall be: (i) with respect to a Mortgage Loan other than a Refinancing Mortgage Loan, the lesser of (a) the value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of the origination of such Mortgage Loan and (b) the sales price of the Mortgaged Property at the time of the origination of such Mortgage Loan; (ii) with respect to a Refinancing Mortgage Loan other than a Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan, the value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of the origination of such Refinancing Mortgage Loan; and (iii) with respect to a Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan, (a) if the loan-to-value ratio with respect to the Original Mortgage Loan at the time of the origination thereof was 90% or less, the value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of the origination of the Original Mortgage Loan and (b) if the loan-to-value ratio with respect to the Original Mortgage Loan at the time of the origination thereof was greater than 90%, the value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (which may be a drive-by appraisal) made at the time of the origination of such Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan.
Appraised Value. As to any Mortgaged Property, the lesser of (i) the appraised value of such Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, and (ii) the sales price of the Mortgaged Property at such time of origination, except in the case of a Mortgaged Property securing a refinanced or modified Mortgage Loan as to which it is either the appraised value determined above or the appraised value determined in an appraisal at the time of refinancing or modification, as the case may be.
Appraised Value shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.04(8) of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
Appraised Value. The amount set forth in an appraisal made by or for (a) the mortgage originator in connection with its origination of each Mortgage Loan (including a Mortgage Loan originated to refinance mortgage debt), (b) with respect to a Mortgage Loan originated to refinance mortgage debt, the originator of the mortgage debt that was refinanced or (c) the Servicer, at any time, in accordance with the Selling and Servicing Contract.
Appraised Value means the value according to an appraisal made by an Independent Appraiser.
