Appraised Market Value definition

Appraised Market Value means an appraisal of the market value of the property
Appraised Market Value means an appraisal of the market value of the property disregarding any decrease in value caused by the presence of a harmful substance in or on the property; and
Appraised Market Value means the appraised value of the Secured Property as set forth in the most recent Acceptable Appraisal.

Appraised Market Value means the market value of the Common Stock as agreed by the Company and the Holder hereof, or if the Company and the Holder cannot agree, as determined by a valuation by an investment banking company suitable to the Company and the Holder. In the event the parties cannot agree on an investment banking company to perform the valuation described above, the Company and the Holder shall each select an investment banking company and the two investment banking companies so selected shall select a third investment banking company which shall determine the market value.
