Appointing Member definition

Appointing Member means, in relation to an Agent Member, each Member from time to time appointing that Agent Member. Australian Standard (AS) means the most recent edition of a standard publication by Standards Australia (Standards Association of Australia).
Appointing Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(c).
Appointing Member means each Member that is entitled to appoint one or more Governors pursuant to Article 10, without an election by all of the Members otherwise entitled to vote with respect to Company matters; and includes each of its successors and assigns that becomes a Member hereunder with respect to all of the Voting Interest held by the Appointing Member.
