Application of Salary Rates. 3.01 The salary of a probationary employee hired after the date of ratification shall be increased from the entry level rate to the next higher rate from the first day of the work week following completion of nine (9) months of work and to the next succeeding level following completion of the next succeeding nine (9) months of work.
