Application Lists definition

Application Lists means the application lists in respect of the Hong Kong Public Offering referred to in Clause 4.4;

• All references in this Agreement to the time of opening and closing of the Application Lists shall be construed accordingly.

• The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted applications received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Sole Global Coordinator pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6.

• All references in this Agreement to the Acceptance Date and to the time of opening and closing of the Application Lists shall be construed accordingly.
