Applicant Data definition

Applicant Data means all Personally Identifiable Information regarding an Applicant received by or on behalf of Bank (including by EFS as servicer) in connection with such Applicant's application for a Financial Product, but shall not include Company Customer Data or Bank Customer Data.
Applicant Data means all information relating to and/or obtained from Applicants including all Personal Data relating to Applicants and any other data held by the intermediary which relates to the provision of the Services under this Agreement;
Applicant Data the data provided by you for the purpose of engagement with the OMC. • Courses: all courses the OMC offers including: Introductory Sessions, Mindfulness for Life and advanced Taking it Further courses. • Charges: the charges payable by you for the supply of course, training, or events. • Contract: the document sent to you by the OMC following your indication that you wish to engage in courses, Training Programmes or Events from the OMC, setting out the details of these, and the basis upon which the OMC proposes to provide them. • Data: the data provided by you for the purpose of engagement in the Courses or Training Programmes or Events.

Examples of Applicant Data in a sentence

  • In addition to any other data breach and/or safeguards provisions of this Agreement, in the event Client determines that physical or electronic safeguards have been breached or that any other unauthorized access to Applicant Data has occurred (in each case, a “Breach”) that directly affect provision of the Experian Services, Client shall notify MMI of the Breach within 24 hours of discovery.

  • If Client purges their backgrounds from the eSOPH System, the Basic Applicant Data (as defined in this Section) will remain on the eSOPH System and be visible to other MMI clients.

  • Any information, materials, data or other content made available to MMI, including any SIC Reports, transmitted by an Applicant or by a Client about an Applicant to the eSOPH System that is used for the SIC Services is Applicant Data.

  • Data transmitted by an Applicant or by a Client about an Applicant to the eSOPH System that is used for the Experian Services is Applicant Data.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, MMI will store and maintain Client Data and Applicant Data for use and access by Client and its Authorized Users under the terms of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Applicant Data

Applicant Data means the personal data of all persons supplying their information in application for an advertised vacancy.
Applicant Data means any data transmitted by Applicant to the eSOPH System.

Applicant Data means all data provided to the Training Provider pursuant to the terms of the Admissions Guide.
Applicant Data means data and information provided by job applicants or collected by Xxxxx from job applicants in the course of providing the Services to Client.
