APPLICABLE SYSTEMS definition

APPLICABLE SYSTEMS means all the necessary equipment, systems / sub-systems and components of the network engineered to meet relevant ITU standards, ITU-T, ITU-R recommendations, TEC specifications and Industry Standards for provision of SERVICE in accordance with operational, technical and quality requirements and other terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement.
