Applicable Stock Exchange definition

Applicable Stock Exchange means, with respect to Common Shares issued or Options granted (i) to a Participant who is a resident of Canada, the TSE; and (ii) to a Participant who is a resident of any country other than Canada, the New York Stock Exchange; provided, however, that the Board of Directors may, subject to any required stock exchange approval, from time to time, designate another Stock Exchange as the Applicable Stock Exchange for purposes of clause (i) or clause (ii).
Applicable Stock Exchange means any Canadian or United States nationally recognized stock exchange on which the Common Shares are listed.
Applicable Stock Exchange means, with respect to Members on Canadian payroll, the TSX, and, with respect to all other Members, the NYSE or if the shares are not then actively traded on the TSX and/or NYSE, such other stock exchanges or over-the-counter trading markets on which the Shares are actively traded.

Examples of Applicable Stock Exchange in a sentence

  • Nothing in this ARTICLE SEVEN shall preclude the settlement of any transaction entered into through the facilities of the Applicable Stock Exchange or any other automated inter-dealer quotation system.

  • The amount payable to a Member for such sales shall equal the Average Sale Price for the Plan Shares sold on such Member’s behalf, calculated based upon the total Plan Shares sold on the Applicable Stock Exchange on behalf of all Plan Members on the relevant trading day.

More Definitions of Applicable Stock Exchange

Applicable Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or any other international or domestic stock exchange as mutually agreed by the Issuer and the Holder;
