Examples of Applicable Revolving Loan Margin in a sentence
The Borrower will pay to the Bank promptly upon demand any and all amounts paid by the Bank under any Letter of Credit, as provided in the applicable Letter of Credit Application, together with interest on such amount from the date such amount was paid by the Bank to the date it receives payment in federal or other immediately available funds at LIBOR plus the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin, with such rate to be reset on each day on which there is a change to LIBOR.
From the date hereof until and including June 30, 2005, each Revolving Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Revolving Loan is made until it becomes due, at a rate per annum equal to LIBOR for such day plus the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin.
Any changes in the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin shall be determined by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the provisions set forth in the definition of “Applicable Revolving Loan Margin” and the Administrative Agent will promptly provide notice of such determinations to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Changes in the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin based upon changes in the Leverage Ratio shall become effective on the third Business Day following the receipt by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or Section 6.01(b), as the case may be, of the financial statements of the Borrower for the Testing Period most recently ended, accompanied by a Compliance Certificate in accordance with Section 6.01(c), demonstrating the computation of the Leverage Ratio.
The outstanding principal amount of each Swing Loan shall bear interest from the date of the Borrowing at a rate equal to the Base Rate plus the Applicable Revolving Loan Margin for Base Rate Loans in effect from time to time.
