Applicable Regulatory Requirements definition

Applicable Regulatory Requirements shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.20.
Applicable Regulatory Requirements means laws, rules, regulations, orders and license requirements of the United States of America or any state thereof in which a Plant is located that are applicable to the retention, investment and utilization of funds for the costs of the decommissioning of any Plant, including, without limitation, rules, regulations and orders issued by the NRC and any requirements set forth in the NRC-issued license to operate that Plant and any amendments thereto.
Applicable Regulatory Requirements refers to any requisite filing or approval requirements of any state insurance regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over any of the Subsidiaries that must be satisfied or obtained by the Agent or the Lender Parties as a condition to exercising or transferring direct or indirect voting or other control over such Subsidiaries or transferring or otherwise disposing of the Pledged Shares, Pledged Property or Collateral with respect to such Subsidiaries.

  • The Institution and the Investigator shall maintain accurate, complete and current records of all Study Data, including the Case Report Forms (or equivalent electronic data), relevant source documents and any other essential documents or materials as required by the Protocol, the Applicable Regulatory Requirements and PSI’s and the Sponsor’s instructions (collectively the "Records").

  • The Investigator agrees to immediately and fully inform the Sponsor, PSI and, when applicable, the ethics committee(s) and competent authorities, of any significant risks, adverse events or unexpected results related to the Study, according to the Applicable Regulatory Requirements and applicable Protocol provisions.

  • Regulatory Requirement means any law, regulation or court order, or any rule, direction, guideline, code, notice or restriction (whether or not having the force of law) issued by any regulatory authority, governmental agency (including tax authority), clearing or settlement bank or exchange, or industry or self-regulatory body, whether in or outside Hong Kong, to which HKICL, we or any other Participant or the respective affiliates or group companies, or you are subject or are expected to comply with from time to time.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations means all duly promulgated applicable federal, State and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.
