Applicable Monthly Service Fees means the total fees paid by You for a given Instant Cloud license during the month in which Downtime occurred. One-time payments such as annual fees are excluded. Related to Applicable Monthly Service Fees

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.
