Applicable MDMA definition

Applicable MDMA means with respect to each Consumer, the meter data management agent providing meter reading services for that Consumer’s account.
Applicable MDMA has the meaning specified in Section 1 of Annex I attached to the Servicing Agreement.
Applicable MDMA means, with respect to each Customer, the meter data management agent or Third Party, if any, providing meter reading services for that Customer's account. Applicable Third Party means, with respect to each Customer, the Third Party, if any, providing billing or metering services to that Customer.

Examples of Applicable MDMA in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall take all reasonable actions available under PUCT Regulations to obtain timely information from ERCOT (or, if such information is not available from ERCOT, directly from the Applicable MDMA) which is necessary for the Servicer to fulfill its obligations under the Servicing Agreement.

  • At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.

More Definitions of Applicable MDMA

Applicable MDMA means with respect to each Customer, any meter data management agent providing meter reading services for that Customer’s account. “Billed SRCs” means the amounts of Storm Recovery Charges billed by the Servicer to Customers by the Servicer. “Servicer Policies and Practices” means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under this Annex I, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others. Related to Applicable MDMA

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

If any financial statements referred to above are not delivered within the time periods specified in Section 6.1, then, until the date that is three Business Days after the date on which such financial statements are delivered, the highest rate set forth in each column of the Applicable Pricing Grid shall apply. In addition, at all times while an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the highest rate set forth in each column of the Applicable Pricing Grid shall apply.
